Compared with a human answering service
A live answering service for a trade typically costs $245 to $500 a month for 50 to 100 minutes, with per-minute overage and add-ons for booking and after-hours. Wren handles the same calls for a fifth of that, and you still get a person on the line for emergencies: yours.
Questions
Do I need a new phone number? No. Keep yours and forward it to Wren on no-answer, after hours, or always. You get your own Wren number with any plan.
What counts as a minute? Talk time on answered calls, rounded up per call. Spam calls Wren hangs up on in a few seconds cost a few seconds.
Can Wren book jobs? Yes. Turn on arrival windows and Wren offers your open windows and books one; you confirm it from the dashboard or the email.
What if a caller asks something Wren does not know? It says the team will confirm on the call back, and the question shows up for you to answer in Teach Wren.
